An Acid Attack Survivor’s Story: A Wrong Number And The Right Kind Of Love

 

Acid Attacks could be one of the worst act that a human being can do.Acid Attack is a process when someone intentionally brings concentrated acid in contact with someones skin. This leads to unbearable burning sensation to the victim and damages the skin or the influenced body part permanently.In India, it is analysed that most of the time it involves women and the reason being is the rejection of marriage or refusal by women of sexual advances.

Here , CISTHETA is going to show you story of an acid attack survivor that shows you life of these girls is not end after these attacks.

These are Mumbai-based Lalita Bansi and Rahul Kumar. They tied the knot on May 23 this year.

Kumar and Bansi ended up talking to each other all day, every day because of a wrong number that she dialled. Over time, their love only grew.

Over the phone calls, Lalita admitted to Rahul that she was an acid attack survivor.

“I told her I was in love with her and would like to get married. Many couples fall in love with their partner’s face and eventually get divorced. With Ms. Bansi, I am not concerned about her face,” Kumar told The Hindu.

With the help of the Acid Survivors Saahas Foundation, the wedding was celebrated with love being the centre of attention.
